Public Hearings and Other Petitions

Public Hearings are held when a petition is submitted for approval of a new site in the village. The Public Hearing must take place between 90 to 120 days after the Village receives the application. A notice to the public must be posted at least 14 days before the hearing. Residents and applicants are welcomed and encouraged to attend Public Hearings. All Public Hearings are held in the Village of Hillside Board Room, 425 N. Hillside Avenue.
