About the Division

The Records Division is responsible for the management and coordination of police records, which includes the processing of all reports, citations and warrants.

The Hillside Police Department Records Division is located in our lobby and is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and holidays. You may contact the Records Division by calling 708-202-4322.

Copies of police incident reports may be obtained in person during business hours.

Accident Reports 

The Hillside Police Department is dedicated to providing its citizen the ability to obtain accurate and affordable traffic accident reports within a reasonable time. To accomplish this we have made traffic accident reports available anytime through the Internet.

The Hillside Police Department has entered into an agreement with BuyCrash.com to place traffic accident reports on-line utilizing their Accident Report System.
