Public Hearing - Zoning Board of Appeals

On Tuesday January 17, 2023, starting at 7:00 P.M., the Public Hearing of December 6, 2022 will be reconvened before the Zoning Board of Appeals, of the Village of Hillside, acting as the Plan Commission pursuant to Article II, Section 62-31, in the Courtroom of the Municipal Complex, 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, Illinois. The reconvened Public Hearing is for the purpose of presenting a request by the landowner of the property commonly known as 101 N. Wolf Road, Hillside, Illinois, Newcastle Partners, LP, for approval of a Commercial Planned Unit Development.
