New Utility Billing & Permit Software

Utility Billing & Permits Notice

The Village of Hillside is migrating to a new Utility Billing & Permit Software Program that will change the website that online bill payments can be made. The old payment website, GreenPay, is being replaced with the new payment site www.bsaonline.com. Once the new system goes live permit requests may also be submitted through this portal. The water bill layout and water rates will not be changing during this upgrade.

Permit requests will not be able to be submitted online from March 9, 2023 until March 15, 2023. During this time period permits will have to be submitted in person at the Village Hall. Residents who have any questions or concerns are encouraged to please let us know.

El pueblo de Hillside está migrando a un nuevo Programa de Software de Facturación y Permisos de Servicios Públicos que cambiará el sitio web donde se pueden realizar los pagos de facturas en línea. El sitio web anterior de pagos, GreenPay, está siendo reemplazado por el nuevo sitio de pago www.bsaonline.com. Una vez que el nuevo sistema entre en funcionamiento, las solicitudes de permisos también se podrán enviar a través de este portal. El diseño de la factura de agua y las tarifas de agua no cambiarán durante esta actualización.

Las solicitudes de permiso no podrán enviarse en línea desde el 9 de marzo de 2023 hasta el 15 de marzo de 2023.
