Special Events Coordinator

The Special Events Coordinator is responsible and instrumental in the development, planning and execution of Village events, including but not limited to Summer Nights in Hillside, Veterans Day Parade, Autumnfest, various holiday events, and much more that the Village does for the residents. 

The Special Events Coordinator duties include the following:

• Researching, scheduling and promoting each event
• Securing entertainment, vendors, and set-up for events
• Securing event sponsorship
• Publicity through the Hillside Herald, Village Website, and Facebook
• Working alongside residents
