Pet Registration
Any person owning, within the village limits, any dog or cat, must register the pets with the Village. The person registering a dog or cat shall receive a license tag. Every dog and/or cat must wear a collar and a tag whenever they are on any public street.
If you would like to register your pet with the Village and receive a FREE pet identification tag, please fill out the Pet Registration form below and visit us at Village Hall.

If you would like your FREE pet identification tag, please visit Village Hall after filling out form online.
Lost Pet
If your pet is lost, please call the Hillside Police Department Non-Emergency Number at (708) 449-6133.
Please send image of your pet to: Dispatch@Hillside-Il.org
Register your dog or cat to help the Police Department easily identify your furry loved one, should your pet get lost or there is an emergency.
