Santa Mail

Complete the form below if you would like Santa to email or mail a holiday message to your child or children. You will need to provide the information below.

1. Your child or children’s full name(s) (you can use a child’s nickname) and age.
2. The address/email where you would like Santa to send your child a note.
3. Any personalized note you would like Santa to include such as work harder to raise your math grade or help mom/dad around the house more or something similar to make Santa’s note more personalized.
4. The deadline for your request is Friday, December 15th.
