NEW SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!

Attention Hillside residents, effective Monday, May 1, 2023, Flood Brothers Disposal Co will be providing your weekly garbage, recycling and yard waste collection.

Flood Brothers Disposal Co is family-owned and operated out of Oakbrook Terrace, IL. A tradition started over 90 years ago by their great-grandfather, with over 15 family members in the business. We provide sustainable waste solutions for municipal, commercial, and roll off dumpster collection within 200 communities in the Chicagoland area. Flood Brothers

Here’s what you need to know:

  • All Village of Hillside-owned, two-wheeled carts will remain and your collection day will be the same, however your collection times may change due to routing so please have your carts at the curb by 6am on your collection day.
  • Residents will still be able to set out one (1) bulk item per week at no charge as well as place one (1) white good per week at no charge. We ask that you contact our office 24 hours in advance of your collection for proper collection.
  • A detailed collection guide will be mailed to all residents in the coming weeks.
 

Reminder: The Hillside’s Annual Spring Clean Up is the week of May 15 – May 19. Details for the cleanup can be found in the Hillside Herald or on the Flood Brothers website.
