Snakes Alive!
The Hillside Youth Commission is hosting a Reptile Show on Friday, June 23rd at 7:00 PM in the Village Board Room. You or your child may get to hold or touch a large snake and other reptiles and amphibians. This is one of the Youth Commission's popular events so arrive early for a seat.
The reptile show consists of 10-12 of our biggest ambassadors for a 60-75 minute presentation. Crosstown Exotic's reptile shows explore the prehistoric world of reptiles and amphibians and how they have been able to survive since the age of the dinosaurs as well as hwy they are important to the world we live in. Their reptile show gives audiences an up-close encounter with some of the planet's oldest and scaliest creatures.
Audiences will touch and interact with various reptiles, invertebrates and amphibians such as:
- Caiman Lizard
- 70lb Sulcata Tortoise
- Smooth sided Toad
- 20lb Alligator Snapping Turtle
- 5ft Green Iguana
- 15ft Burmese Python
- American Alligator
- Blue Tongue Skink
- Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches
- African Giant Bullfrog
- Hairy Tarantulas
- 8ft Green Anaconda
- Argentine Tegu
