January 1 - Now that the roadwork in our town is over, businesses are again looking at the benefits that our location offers. |
We are pleased to announce that MTH Industries will be relocating to the Village of Hillside. MTH Industries, presently in Chicago, is a glass and metal contractor. Examples of their craftsmanship can be seen at such Chicago locations as the United Center, Amoco Building, Chicago Title and Trust, and the American Airlines terminal at O’Hare Airport.
Ground has already been broken at the three-acre site they have acquired on Darmstadt Road, just west of L&J Technologies. They will be constructing a 50,000 square foot building for their office, warehouse and fabrication facilities. They employ 125 people, of which 40 will be in the facility. The balance of their employees are field workers that go directly to the job site. Please
