Martin Luther King Jr. Breakfast

Annual breakfast in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. celebrating the diversity in our community.

Family Bowling

The Village of Hillside's Youth Commission will present its family bowling day called "FAMILY BOWLING FUN." This event will be held at Hillside Bowl in February.

April

Easter Egg Hunt

The Youth Commission's annual Easter "Egg" Travaganza Egg Hunt for ages 10 and under is on Saturday, April 23rd.

Youth Athletic Parade

The Youth Athletic Parade officially opens our youth sports programs including baseball and softball.

Memorial Day Ceremony

Conducted in the Hillside Commons, the Memorial Day Ceremony commemorates U.S. men and women who have died in military service to their country. This event is held at 12 noon on Memorial Day.

Movies in the Park

Enjoy "Movies in the Park" nights in the Hillside Commons on Fridays!  Come with family and friends and enjoy a free movie and free entertainment.

Concerts in the Park

Our free "Concerts in the Park " are held on the first 4 Tuesdays in August in the Hillside Commons. (Tentative)

Taste of Hillside 

Annual festival in the Hillside Commons including local food vendors, free music and entertaiment, and rides for kids.  (Tentative)

Cemetery Tour

Hillside's local cemetery tour will be held October 1st.

Halloween

Hillside's celebrates Halloween with trick or treating for children and evening festivities in the Hillside Commons.

November

Veteran's Day Parade

This Parade is presented to thank all our Veterans for the tremendous sacrifices they have made and to provide a great display of patriotism in Hillside. 

December

Tree Lighting at the Commons

Held the first week in December, Hillside showcases its holiday spirit with a tree lighting ceremony and a visit from Santa.
