CPR Schedule 2007

Registration is mandatory!   Please call 708.547.8684 during regular business hours to register.  All classes will be held at the Hillside Fire Department, 523 N. Wolf Road, Hillside, IL.  All classes will begin promptly at 8:30 am, late arrivals will have to reschedule.  There is limited space available.  Fees must be paid in advance to reserve a spot.  No Refunds will be issued.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES, DATES AND FEES:

CPR for Healthcare Provider – A 4-hour course for use by medical professionals only, (i.e. paramedic, doctor, nurse, CNA, etc).  Upon completion you will receive a CPR card which is good for 2 years.   Resident-$40     Non-Resident-$55

HeartSaver CPR – A 4-hour course intended for non-medical personnel (i.e. daycare providers, lifeguard, doctor’s receptionist)  CPR card issued which is good for 2 years.  This does not fulfill medical professional requirements.   Resident-$25     Non-Resident-$40

First Aid – A 4-hour course for non-medical persons who need or want basic first aid knowledge. (i.e. daycare providers, parents)  First Aid card issued which is good for 2 years.  Resident-$20     Non-Resident-$30
